David M. King received his B.A. degree with a major in Economics from the College of Wooster in 1981 and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School in 1984. Mr. King is a member of the Geauga County, Lake County and Ohio State Bar Associations.
Mr. King is a member of the Litigation Section of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Association of Specialists on Aging.
Mr. King's practice is concentrated in the areas of general business law, including the formation, sale and purchase of various business entities, commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate, zoning, and civil litigation.
